Guide to Achieving Pregnancy with PCOS
First off, I'd like you to know that whether you have just been diagnosed with PCOS or have been trying to conceive for a long time now, you absolutely can achieve and have a healthy and full-term pregnancy. You may be able to do so completely naturally, or perhaps you may need to (or choose to) have some help (for example, via hormone treatments).
Where ever you are in your journey to understanding and managing PCOS, and trying to conceive, I encourage you to take the time to read through all the free resources I provide here on the Active K Step-by-step guide to conceiving with PCOS. This guide is a collection of all the resources I have gathered through my own journey, particularly from the best reviewed fertility doctors and clinics in Canada.
With that said, be aware that I am not a doctor, nor am I pretending to be one. You should always speak with your doctor before taking up any new or changing any current exercise, supplement, and nutrition habits and/or routines.
