I discovered bodybuilding while I was in university, and I instantly fell in love! Unfortunately, at this time there weren't very many resources available to help me learn how to lift safely and feed my body what it needed. As a result, I suffered several injuries, and even ended up with a metabolic disorder. That's when I made it my mission to learn from the best (trainers, fitness competitors, and sports medicine and kinesiology professionals), bounce back stronger and healthier than ever, and help everyone I can to start looking and feeling amazing, while avoiding injury!
My belief is that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to nutrition and fitness, and everyone can fall in love with it, given the right program and right knowledge!
Nothing makes me happier than hearing how I have helped someone by inspiring them, and seeing their confidence boost as they get closer to reaching their goal each week on my programs.
